How is pricing calculated?
Plans are priced based on member count and number of scheme configurations. All plans include unlimited conversations - members can ask as many questions as they like without affecting your costs. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Do we need a technical team to get started?
No. Onboarding is guided by our team and managed through a browser-based admin panel. Standard integrations connect to your administration system without bespoke development.
Is there a setup fee?
Onboarding is included in all plans. For Enterprise clients with bespoke integration requirements, a professional services fee may apply - we will scope this with you before any commitment.
How long does it take to go live?
Most schemes are live within one to two weeks of signing. MemberBridge ships with pre-built intent bundles that cover the most common member questions - pot balance, contributions, dependants, retirement date, and more - so there is no starting from scratch. Once your data connection is established, an automated test suite validates every answer against your live member data before you go live.
Can we trial MemberBridge before committing?
Yes. We offer a sandbox environment and a structured demonstration using your scheme's branding and real question types. Contact us to arrange one.
Is member data stored by MemberBridge?
MemberBridge reads member data at query time to answer questions - it does not warehouse a copy of your member records. Conversation logs are retained for compliance purposes and can be configured to your retention policy.
What contract lengths are available?
Standard contracts are annual. Multi-year terms are available for Enterprise clients with preferred pricing. We can discuss what works for your procurement process.
Does the pricing change if our member count grows?
Plans are based on member count bands. If you grow beyond your current band, we will move you to the appropriate plan - never retrospectively and always with notice.
